The Northern Cincinnati Foundation (NCF) is pleased to welcome Dane Baldwin to its team as Director of Donor Relations, effective January 5, 2026.

In his role, Baldwin is focused on building meaningful connections in support of the Foundation’s mission to support philanthropy and strengthen the community. He will work closely with fundholders and community partners to ensure a thoughtful, service-oriented philanthropic experience.

“Dane brings a unique blend of relationship-building, leadership, and service to this role,” said Erin Satzger, President and CEO of the Northern Cincinnati Foundation. “His background, combined with his genuine passion for helping people, makes him a tremendous asset to our donors and to the Foundation.”

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Baldwin worked as a special education and social studies teacher, as well as a varsity-level football and track and field coach, prior to joining NCF. His experience in the classroom and on the field has shaped his people-centered approach.

“I’m grateful to join the Northern Cincinnati Foundation and be part of work that truly strengthens the region,” Baldwin said. “I very much look forward to meeting with donors and helping connect their generosity to meaningful impact.”

Outside of work, Baldwin spends most of his time with his wife, Michelle, and their three children. He also volunteers as a youth coach and enjoys traveling with his family.
